General Policies

• JuglGraphics is a Christian firm dedicated to glorifying God in all work areas.

• All design is completely original unless otherwise discussed with and approved by the client.

• Clients will receive digital files of any design service in the following formats: PNG- 300+ dpi for high quality reproduction, and JPEG- 72+ dpi for optimized web images. JuglGraphics will save your original designs in case you would like additional design service from JuglGraphics at a later date. (EPS, Photoshop, FLA, Illustrator, etc.)

• If JuglGraphics cannot begin work on an assignment for any reason (time, budget, etc.), we hold all rights to reject any client's proposal.

• JuglGraphics holds all rights to logos, web designs, and all other material designed by JuglGraphics.

• Clients may purchase rights of ownership if requested. Without rights of ownership, clients may not alter designs, logos, or artwork in any manner (color, cropping, etc.).

Print Design Policies

• Printing and shipping times vary but are usually finished within 4-10 business days.

Printing and Shipping Policies

• JuglGraphics uses top quality printers for all of our work. Our printed products are printed on thick, 14-point glossy card stock, with UV coating on the color side(s).

• Printing and Shipping turnaround times vary, but with most services will arrive within 10 days from approval.

Web Design Policies

• At the bottom of all JuglGraphics websites, we will place a small copyright notice as follows: ©2008 by JuglGraphics. This link cannot be removed while clients are using designs by JuglGraphics. To view an example, see our sample websites.

• A discount will be given if you submit the information for each web page in Microsoft Word (.doc) or .txt files (preferred) and submit the graphics and photos in JPEG or PNG.

Stock Photo Policies

• Need quality photos? JuglGraphics will find pictures that fit the theme of your site or print material. The photos will be forwarded for your approval with the cost estimate.

• Special prices will be given to churches and ministries. Please call JuglGraphics at 903.360.JUGL for an estimate.

• All special offers must be paid for before work is begun. This includes church and ministry design.

Financial Policies

• All estimates are provided to the client free. Estimates include design, printing (if applicable), tax and shipping, but do not cover fees from other companies (purchased photos, domain name registration, web hosting, etc.).

• If the client wants to alter any element of the design, final product layout, or any other aspect of the agreement, additional charges may apply.

• Clients must pay one half of the estimate (or another fee if specified) to JuglGraphics at the time service begins.

• The remainder of the amount due for the project must be paid after the client is in agreement with the rough drafts, and before the finished product is delivered to the printer or the client in final form.

Cancelation Policy

• If a project is cancelled for any reason at any stage of the design development, a cancellation fee of $100 will be incurred. Client will reimburse JuglGraphics for any purchased photos and all completed services (printing, shipping, domain name registration, etc.). The initial 50% of estimate is non-refundable. All logos, artwork, design, ideas, and other material will be retained by JuglGraphics and may not be used in any manner without repurchasing rights from JuglGraphics.
  

Security Policies

• Your privacy is important to us. JuglGraphics guarantees that none of your personal information will be sold or shared with anyone outside JuglGraphics.

• You can pay JuglGraphics with credit card or PayPal. We will email an invoice with a PayPal button that will allow you to conveniently pay your bill on a secure server. If you would prefer to pay by check, call to discuss specifics.
